SHIPPING: We are a small company, producing handcrafted items. Wholesale orders ship within 4 weeks of the order date. Our policy is to ship your order complete, some items may be available sooner. If you prefer a split shipment, additional freight charges may apply.

FEES & DELIVERY: Shipping and handling fees are calculated when you order. You may choose your shipping method at checkout when you place your order.

EXCHANGES: Paloma Pottery is happy to exchange any non custom items. All exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase. All exchanges must be pre-approved with us prior to returning them. Any returned items should be packed in original packing for safe return. Paloma Pottery is not responsible damage in return transit, so please package carefully. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Recycled Shipping Material is collected from local businesses throughout the year. Each package is wrapped with care using 95% recycled packaging collected from post consumer waste and 5% packaging made from recycled materials. You may notice this when unwrapping your order and you can be sure that each piece is well packaged for travel.
